You can easily recover your trading account password in your Trader Area or in your FBS app.
PC
First, log in to your FBS Trader Area and select your trading account in the Dashboard table.
Scroll down to find the "Password" line and click on "Generate new":
Upon clicking the button, you will see a pop-up warning window. Click on the "Confirm" button if you are sure that you want to generate a new trading password for this account.
You will see your new password next to the Password line.
Mobile
To recover your trading account password, open "More" tab in the bottom menu and click on "Trading account":
On the opened account settings page, you will see the "Generate new password" button:
Upon clicking the button, you will see a pop-up window. Click on the "OK" button if you are sure that you want to generate a new trading password for this account.
You will see the page with the new trading password.
